1. Use of our Website

1.2 We may change these Conditions or our Privacy Policy at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check them each time you visit this website. If you continue to use this website after we have posted any change to these Conditions or our Privacy Policy, you will be agreeing to that change.

1.3 This website contains materials about children's books, but it is directed at adults who are interested in children's books.

If you are eighteen or under:

  • You should not purchase anything from this website;
  • You should obtain your parent's or guardian's permission before submitting any material to this website; and
  • If you submit any material, you should not give your home address, telephone number, email address or any other personal details.

1.4 We may, but are not obliged to, monitor or record any use that you or anyone else makes of this website. If you have any complaint about any material submitted by a third party to our website, you should contact webqueries@macmillan.co.uk immediately.

3.2.6 to keep to the discussion topic;

3.2.7 not to impersonate anyone else, whether or not a public figure;

8.3 These Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The place of performance will be England.

8.4 No addition to or modification of any provision of these Conditions that you propose will be binding on us unless made in writing and signed by our duly authorized representative. 'Writing' includes email.
